PlayMint Pro Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 27 August 2026
1 Scope and overview
This Privacy Policy describes how PlayMint Pro ("PlayMint Pro", "we", "us", or "our") accesses, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the PlayMint Pro Android application, related websites, APIs, reward features, community features, and support services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we request it separately. A permission prompt or privacy policy does not replace any consent required by law.
2 Information we collect
Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, profile image URL when available, Google-issued sign-in credential, and PlayMint Pro session information. We do not receive or store your Google password.
App-scoped and device-integrity identifiers, Android identifier, device public key, device model, manufacturer, operating system, CPU information, memory and storage ranges, app version, network state, and indicators used to detect tampering, duplicate accounts, or prohibited activity.
IP address, country or approximate region inferred from network information, SIM/network country, time zone, locale, request time, and user-agent or similar connection metadata.
Coin balance, earnings, claims, task and game progress, offerwall conversions, campaign activity, referral code and attribution, redemption history, withdrawal selections, and redemption destination details you submit where required.
If you voluntarily enable Android Usage Access for a watch task, the app reads foreground/background timestamps for the selected YouTube or Instagram application during the relevant task window to calculate time spent. The app also checks whether supported task applications are available on the device. PlayMint Pro does not use this feature to read message content, browsing content, or keystrokes. Advertising and offerwall SDKs may independently process app availability, installed-app information, attribution, or engagement data as described in their own policies.
Videos you upload, thumbnails, captions, tags, profile name and image, comments, likes, follows, shares, reports, view and watch-duration events, upload and processing status, moderation results, and creator/reward statistics. Public-facing profile and reel information can be viewed and shared by other users.
Advertising ID and related device/account identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, app and ad interactions, impressions, clicks, video views, attribution events, consent choices, and SDK diagnostics may be processed by advertising providers.
Notification permission and delivery status, push subscription identifiers when remote notifications are enabled, local upload-notification status, API/security logs, error information, performance information, and abuse-prevention records.
Information you submit in a support or account-deletion request, such as name, email, mobile number, selected reason, comments, IP address, user agent, request status, and submission time.
3 When information is collected
- When you sign in with Google, register or restore a session, and maintain your profile.
- When your device communicates with our APIs, requests ads, or performs security and integrity checks.
- When you start or complete a task, play a partner game, use an offerwall, claim a reward, invite a friend, promote content, or submit a redemption.
- When you grant Usage Access and start a supported external-video task; the relevant time window is evaluated when you return to PlayMint Pro.
- When you upload, view, like, comment on, share, follow, or report reels and creators.
- When you enable notifications, contact support, or request account deletion.
4 How we use information
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, display profiles, and provide account functionality.
- Operate tasks, games, campaigns, offerwalls, referrals, reels, rewards, balances, redemptions, leaderboards, and transaction history.
- Verify task eligibility and completion, attribute partner events, enforce limits, and prevent duplicate rewards.
- Secure accounts and the Service; detect fraud, duplicate accounts, automated activity, manipulation, replay, abuse, and policy violations.
- Store, deliver, transcode, moderate, rank, recommend, and display user-generated reels and related engagement.
- Deliver contextual, personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads as permitted by law and user consent choices; measure ad and campaign performance.
- Send requested service notifications, show upload progress, provide support, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
- Diagnose failures, maintain reliability, improve performance, and develop Service features using operational or aggregated information.
5 Permissions and special access
Some capabilities are optional and can be managed in Android settings. Denial may prevent the related feature from working.
6 Google sign-in
PlayMint Pro uses Sign in with Google through Android Credential Manager and Google Identity services. Google provides a signed identity credential containing an account identifier and, depending on your Google profile, your verified email address, display name, and profile image. Our server validates the credential and uses the stable Google account identifier to establish your PlayMint Pro account.
Google processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Disconnecting PlayMint Pro from your Google account does not automatically delete information already held by PlayMint Pro; use the account-deletion process below for that purpose.
7 Advertising, offers, and partner services
PlayMint Pro uses third-party SDKs and services for advertising, mediation, offerwalls, playtime tasks, attribution, notifications, authentication, storage, and content delivery. Depending on the provider, your region, device settings, consent choices, and interaction, these providers may collect or receive identifiers, IP/network information, approximate location, device/app information, installed-app or app-availability information, ad and offer interactions, conversion events, diagnostics, and fraud signals.

8 How information is disclosed
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: hosting, storage, content delivery, video processing, moderation, authentication, notifications, analytics, support, security, and infrastructure providers acting for us.
- Advertising and offer partners: information necessary to request ads or offers, measure impressions and conversions, attribute completions, settle rewards, enforce limits, and prevent fraud.
- Other users and the public: profile name/image, public reels, captions, comments, engagement counts, creator information, and other information you choose to publish.
- Legal and safety purposes: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, enforce terms, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or prevent fraud.
- Business changes: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for direct monetary payment. Advertising and measurement disclosures may be treated as "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a similar regulated activity in some jurisdictions, and applicable opt-out rights will be honored.
9 User-generated content and moderation
Reels, captions, comments, profile details, and engagement you submit may be public. Do not upload personal, confidential, copyrighted, unlawful, or sensitive information unless you have the necessary rights and intend it to be public.
Uploaded media may be automatically processed, transcoded, sampled, reviewed, or moderated to detect unsafe or prohibited content, and may also be reviewed following user reports. We may restrict, reject, retain evidence of, or remove content in accordance with our terms, safety rules, legal obligations, and fraud controls.
10 Storage, retention, and deletion
- Account and profile information is generally retained while the account remains active.
- Reward, transaction, redemption, referral, security, device, and audit records may be retained for dispute resolution, accounting, fraud prevention, platform integrity, and legal compliance.
- User-generated content is retained while published or needed for moderation, reports, disputes, security, or legal requirements. Deleting content may not immediately remove copies already shared by other users.
- Operational logs are retained for a period appropriate to reliability, security, incident investigation, and abuse prevention.
- Backups and cached copies may persist for a limited period after deletion and are removed or overwritten under normal retention cycles.
- Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies a person may be retained for analytics, security, and service improvement.
A verified account-deletion request is targeted for completion within seven business days. Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably required for fraud prevention, security, unresolved transactions, legal claims, or applicable law. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.
11 Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, authenticated sessions, device-bound security controls, validation, and audit logging. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
PlayMint Pro and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.
12 Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: request access to or correction of eligible personal information.
- Deletion: request deletion of your PlayMint Pro account and associated information, subject to permitted retention.
- Permissions: revoke notifications or Usage Access through Android settings.
- Advertising: use Android advertising controls and any consent or privacy-options interface provided in the app.
- Public content: avoid publishing information you do not want other users to see; report unlawful or abusive content using available controls.
- Objection or withdrawal: where applicable, object to certain processing or withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully completed.
Requests may require identity verification to protect the account. Rights and available exceptions differ by jurisdiction.
13 Children
PlayMint Pro is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly permit children below the applicable minimum age to create an account. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, SDKs, law, or our data practices. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
